We will repair your jewelry for free as long as you own it, provided the needed repair was due to a failure in our crafting or assembly process, and not the result of damage. Also, having your jewelry modified by another jeweler voids our warranty. Please package the item carefully and insure the shipment for the price of the item, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
